Second project finished for our clients in Guilford. Solid effort by the whole crew to get this one over the line a couple of months ago.
Space for one more renovation to start this month before we are off on a long over due holiday.

Our first bathroom was renovated at our clients home with @easyrunelectrical, their ensuite kept a similar set up to what they had prior as they liked the shower space with the dual showers and it was only being renovated due to no waterproofing in the area which was damaging the outside rooms.

Bathroom reno we completed with @easyrunelectrical a few months back, had a few moving parts to incorporate in this small apartment space being a laundry and bathroom.
I do not recommend boxing out a hot water unit but clients have decided what`s best for them.

Channel Drain installed for @perthconcretecollective, when your spending the big bucks on a nice new driveway it`s best to put in a quality product that`s going to last alongside your exposed aggregate and not that poor man`s plastic shit.
Its very windy north of the river and i don`t like it.

Bathroom renovation at a bullcreek retirement village for our clients, a hand wash basin was a priority at a lower than usual height in the toilet space. As they found it easier to use the basin over the toilet with his urinary catheter, I`m all for saving water!!!
Shower screen and painting was to be finished after me as they were in a rush to move so please excuse my three year old strong hand crayon skills.
The young plumbers are starting to be scared off from gas work due to the big meanies at ES but at Easy Run we aint scared and we want gas to stay in our state forever, Unlike that shithole aka Victoria google it they banning it in new homes (cheers greta thumbz you ungrateful little child).
So before you make the switch to electric cooktops or electric hot water systems which you will not be able to cook or shower when the power is out.
